My advice, go to Camping World. This was our first rv and we knew nothing about them. We bought a brand new travel trailer at Bo’s trailer world roughly 3 months ago. On the day we picked it up they were supposed to walk us through it and show us how to use everything and they maybe told us 40% of what we needed to know. The rest we had to YouTube and it was a lot. Just purchased a new Intrepid 28’ Travel Trailer from Bo. It couldn’t have been easier. This is the second time I’ve purchased from him and if I ever need another it will definitely come from BTW!! I am a person who does a lot of homework before I spend a dime. The deal can’t be beat. I truly recommend everyone to see BTW first and last! You won’t regret it.
Got a great deal, but the "I'm always available for anything you need" was a lie. We got our first camper in May 2023 and when we went on our first trip we could not figure out how to turn on the water heater, and called and text Bo at least a dozen times and never got a response. It took my husband and the camping host to figure it out. Very disappointed in he didn't tell us how to do these things. And it's been almost a year and still hasn't called us.
