I used BOS for my wedding a couple weeks ago. They were by far the cheaper option compared to another company who wanted 4x more for delivery & pickup. The woman I worked with on my order (Marshell) was very kind and so easy to work with. I’m only giving them 3 stars for these reasons… 1) they installed my dance floor on a sloping piece of ground. We had a horrible experience with Bos rentals for our daughter’s wedding. They asked her to change the pick up date for the return of the tables and chairs, had her sign a new contract, then proceeded to completely cancel our order, but not inform us nor refund any of our money. On the planned delivery date, we called them and were told, quite rudely, that the order was canceled. They found an alternate company over an hour away from the venue for part of our order and told us we had to pick up things ourselves. Waiting for ... read more
Bos cancelled our order of tables and chairs for our son’s wedding in error and then their solution, the day before the wedding, even though the error was completely their error, was for us to go pick up replacements ourselves! We were able to find another solution without Bos’ help but unfortunately they care more about their bigger clientele than a small one, and their employee we dealt with was rude and unsympathetic to our situation that they 100% created!
