I frequently purchase mulch from these guys. The mulch is amazing with rich color and termite deterrent in the colored mulch, not the natural color. $30 a ton/yard and they usually fill you up generously. Call ahead to make sure they have what you need. They accept card right out at the loader. They stop loading mulch around 2:30. I'm not familiar with the actual pallet side of the business so my review is only for the mulch.

Delivered a load here, I found everyone to be pleasant and helpful, took about an hour.
Website states open till 5. Got there at 3:50. Was informed to go to other entrance and would have to “ flag someone down to load the mulch. Drove to other entrance and parked at mulch area. Waited 10 min to find a worker who informed us they stopped loading at 3:30. Tried to call number on website twice no answer. How is customer to know they stop loading 1& a half hr before closing. Wasted a 35 mile round trip and my time.
While their pallets are standard, their customer service and communications skills are less than ZERO. First order...nightmare to put the order in. Second order...ATTEMPT to place an order in a timely fashion (14 days notice) FAILED. Cannot get anyone to answer a simple question, or respond to an email in less than 5 days. We've moved on to another company in Acworth who responds within an hour, doesn't need 14 days to complete an order and actually CARES that we want to do business with them. Do NOT recommend.
