Everybody dreads the check engine light, especially on the way to vacation. We had a panic when we got ours flashing in the middle of our way, at a time when all mechanic shops were closed. Bo helped us understand that our issue was not urgent and saved us our time and money. He is honest, reliable and really helpful! He is also there ready to help you at the times when nobody else is available.
Bo came out to my house. Right there was a plus. Looked at my car. Free charge. Another plus. . Gave me his honest estimate on my crashed car.. Very nice . Friendly. . Even offered to give me advice on next car so dint get ripped off. .
I have the privilege to say that bo's automotive took my call on them on 5/9/25 on a Friday night at about 640ish pm. I was stuck at the Town plaza here n cape wth my battery fried n my alternator.. Saturday 5/10/25 at 723am Joe from bos called me n was ready to get my Kia fixed I went to bank ASAP pulled off cash. Meet at O'Reilly's for my parts left him about 930am or so n by 1140am I had my truck!! Rates n the professionalism of bo's was mind blowing to me. Didn’t respond or did poorly giving broad information didn’t even tell me a service fee but was already trying to send someone who barely was responding to my concerns or picking up my calls , didn’t give me any of the information I asked for poor service. I wouldn’t recommend.
