Called yesterday at 3:30. Was told that I could pick up at by 5 that day. Told them I’d pick up the part at 7am when they open. Get here at 7am and was told that the part won’t be ready till after 8am. So I get up at 5am to make the 1 hour and 40 min drive and not be about to get the part. I have palaces to be at 8:45 back near Winston. Wtf... what changed in the last hour of the day yesterday and why couldn’t they call me???? A hour might not sound like much of a wait but it will count me 4 hours and get me behind a day.
