Progressive Insurance highly recommended this company for repairs. They guarantee their work forever. We were very impressed with the entire process, communication, repairs made, and cleanliness of vehicle when we picked it up. Work was completed earlier than estimated. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Can't comment on pricing as we only were billed for deductible, however, Progressive Insurance recommends and pays their estimated charges.
Outstanding service to our vehicle. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The work was completed ahead of schedule at a very fair price.
The process took a month. I was not notified with updates. I had to call to get any updates. My car was given back to me dirty. I still found that all the paint had not been removed and the whole undercarriage was not painted with this special dark paint. I was told my car was going to look brand new when I picked it up and that all the plastic pieces from the bottom of the car would be replaced.
