Whatever you do, do not order delivery from these people. I have literally gotten the wrong order five times in a row. Every couple months they'll try it again because the bagels are actually technically good, but they do not read the tickets and so I always end up being disappointed. So I will not be ordering from them again
Very disappointing service. I came today to pick up my Too Good To Go order during the scheduled pickup window of 14:30–15:00. However, a female staff member at Bo’s Bagels told me that they had mistakenly set the wrong pickup time and therefore could not give me my order. Because of their mistake, I was told that I would have to come back later when they were closing. Overall, really good bagels. I’m from NY and am super excited to have real NY bagels in Ann Arbor finally. We ordered 2 specialty sandwiches which were very good and huge portions. We also got a baker’s dozen bagels but realized when we got home we only had 11 instead of 13. A couple areas where things could be better: Service: the person who took our order was very stand-offish and acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering.
