delicious bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel! my husband gif the everything with plain cream cheese which was also super delicious! definitely one of the best bagels i’ve had here

I placed a very simple order on Saturday at 10:08, but I didn’t receive it until 10:51. During that time, customers who ordered after me—including people with much more complicated sandwich orders—kept getting their food and leaving. A staff member who seemed kind asked twice for my order to be expedited, but for some reason I was still left waiting an unusually long time. I Frequent this establishment often and it's always crowded early due to the store hours but the team working there keeps the flow of customers in and out. The bagels always fresh and made on site My favorite is the Hot Sandwich "Rick Ruben"

Bagels were good, but we waited for more than half an hour for 2 bagel sandwiches. During that time, the line (well, clump) of people waiting for orders seemed to barely move. The behind-the-bar processes seemed very inefficient, e.g. a single woman was bagging everything, making all the drinks and shouting out names, and she frequently had to walk all the way across the store to get a bottled drink out of the refrigerator for a delivery order.

these bagels are mid as hell and the owner is rude. there are so many better bagel places in nyc just go anywhere else.
