I’ve been a big fan of Bo’s for the past 5 years. When I order I’m ready to wait due to how popular they are in the neighborhood. Placed a pickup order today. As always, it was packed when I came in. Everyone working at their max. Had to leave this review to shoutout Alaina. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful! Managing phone calls, customers in the store, and even packing my bagels order! I know how draining customer service can be. She made it look effortless. Thank you for having a wonderful staff Bo’s!

An authentic and genuinely great bagel experience with very friendly staff. Deducting one star solely for the wait: it took over half an hour, so I had to leave and return later, only to pick it up cold (a quick reheat would have been appreciated!). I’d still happily recommend them, just be prepared for the potential long wait on a weekend from my experience.
