The service department is top notch! They go out of their way to accommodate my needs and are expedient in getting my vehicle serviced and returned to me. They are the only ones I completely trust with my vehicle.

Patricia at service was very helpful. My car broke down mid afternoon on the interstate and it was towed to Bortz. I was especially worried as I’m travelling with pets I couldn’t easily remove from the vehicle. Patricia was very empathetic and accommodating, and the team had my car fixed in about 90 minutes (bad ignition coil). Thank you very much for getting us going quickly and safely. I won’t likely return as I’m from out of state but I hope this review helps others decide to bring you their business.
