Borts recently installed a 2-zone ductless heat pump AC at our home within a month of their initial visit/estimate. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Borts did all of the paperwork to receive the Ontario rebate confirmation pre-installation and filed paperwork immediately post-installation to process the rebate. I am happy to recommend Borts for this service.
I was skeptical when 2 young people arrived to do the work. They were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. They spent half a day and didn't seem very busy but they assured us that the work was going to achieve what we needed. 1 week after they completed the work our house seems dustier than before the work was completed! I'm sorry I tried this company for the work I needed.

I called to have someone come and look at my airconditioner because it stopped working all of a sudden. It was 43 degrees outside on that day. I got a call back from Dawson right away and he was very professional and polite. He fixed the problem right away. It took less than 1 1/2 hours from the time I called to when the job was done. Very impressive!
