DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY OPTION! We were notified after our pizza was supposed to be delivered that a delivery did not get “booked” in their system. We were told it needed to be picked up. My husband left to pick up it up an hour after it was supposed to be delivered with the pizza being in the “warmer.” He was refunded the delivery service charge and the tip. My two kids and I stopped by Bortolami's Pizzeria yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience. One of my children has special needs and was having a rough day, but the staff couldn't have been more patient and kind. The service was incredibly quick, which made a huge difference for us, and they even played along when my daughter insisted on "paying" for dessert with my credit card. Only been here once, loved it. Really surprised at the quality of the toppings. Could use a little more sauce but I'm they would've if I asked. Great pizza and sides.
