Great sales staff, great service. Had a crazy issue with my Kubota zero turn mowing deck locked in the up position. It had previously been serviced by the crew and not used over the winter. First time firing it up in the spring. Over the course of an hour maybe 4 guys working up a sweat in high heat finally got the deck to drop and greased it up. No charge, though they certainly worked hard to fix it. I will keep coming back.

This is pertaining to the Cortland, Ohio Branch. Terrible service. Walk in for a couple of saw parts, only one other customer in the store, stand there for fifteen minutes at the counter waiting as five or six employees walk past you like you are invisible. Then after waiting patiently, I am asked "What do you want?". I ask for the saw parts that I need, I had sticker shock when I was told the total price.
