ANYONE OUT THERE HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR FAULTY WORK SHOULD VISIT NAPIT THE ECO4 SCHEME ADMINISTRATOR, AFTER WEEKS OF REFUSAL ON THEIR PART AND DENIAL THAT THE BOILER THEY FITTED WAS UNDER WARRENTY, I CONTACTED NAPIT WHO IN TURN CONTACTED BORTHWICK AND GAVE THEM 10 DAYS TO REPAIR MY SYSTEM OR LOSE ITS LICENCE...... THIS DID THE TRICK AND WITHIN 10 DAYS ALL WAS RESOLVED. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I have had wall installation done and the guys that did it broke my headboard on my bed my back room was used like a builders yard all week with all there tools left in my room and I couldn’t even sleep in there had to sleep in my daughters room was told that they would do room by room with they didn’t they started each without finishing off one room so all week we had to sit outside because they was not one room we could sit in because they were working in every room as told they wo... read more
