I genuinely feel sorry for anyone registered to this doctors surgery. I called up to see if I could make an emergency appointment to have a mole checked by an NHS doctor here whilst on holiday in the area, the mole had become painful and changed in the last couple of days. The lady on the phone initially said I could come in and register temporarily in order to be seen and we agreed a time, I was so thankful only to then get a phone call back a couple of minutes later turning me away saying it's not really something they can... read more
Very negligent towards patients health. It took ending up in hospital for them to actually prescribe medication to help me live a normal life
