Have been going there for 4-5 years and early on and their service was good and their prices were reasonable. Last year I noticed a definite change; they had become rather pricey for a shop that is rather basic. This year I needed a part replaced on my car and they quoted close to \$600 for parts and labor. I knew what the part cost was so the labor seemed excessive for a rather simple repair. I had the car repaired at a shop one mile south of the traffic light on Rt 96 in Ovid for \$236. My only message is SHOP AROUND.
these guys are just great. They get the work done quickly and wont rip you off!
They did an excellent job. Their price and peformance was superior to any place I have been at so far. And they are very cordial too. They came to pick me up (30 minutes drive). Outstanding. They are rather distant from Ithaca but given their work, I would choose them for major work any day.
