I don't know what happened to this place, we used to have a sales person name John who would always pick up the phone and take our order. Now you can't get anyone to answer the phone, doesn't matter what line you try, it just seems like they don't want your business anymore. Even if you email them, by the time they get back to you it's to late to make the delivery for the next day, I have been buying metal products from Borrmann for over 30 years and never experienced this type of customer service. Shitty service.. never answer the phones
This company HAS to have the worst customer service via phone, no one ever answers if you call as a new customer. If you select that you have a sales person, good luck getting them to answer as well. try any sales person they wont answer and some of the extensions are broken. I rather go to the DMV than call this place.
