It has been over a year, and I’ve been trying to contact this company forever AFTER they got paid for a job they “completed”… I had to get their number by acting like I needed a new job and a new estimate. This is now the second time they have changed their number and how to contact them after threat of a lawsuit. I’m done trying to reason with people who refuse to even contact you back. STAY AWAY 10000000000000%%%%%%%%%%%
I was told a group of guys were gonna come to do my windows and sliding glass door and it would take 2 days well 1 guy showed up whenever he felt like it , it took longer then 2 days and these windows are drafty . I’ve been trying to get someone to come fix these issues and get no response. The sliding glass door is also very drafty . I had 11 windows installed and the door and my gas bill went up . I stopped payments and will not pay until these problems are resolved
This company was contracted to install windows the person installing my windows moved my bed and broke the whole bed he never said he broke it moving it but instead lied and said he never moved my bed he also walked on my carpet and tracked mud on my rug.
Make sure you only hire this company if you want to have to worry about your small children’s feet getting punctured AND/OR hundreds of nails left around the ENTIRE PERIMETER OF YOUR HOME!!! They don’t walk around with the magnet like normal roofing company they just used a leaf blower to clean the driveway and did a quick pick up , since they finished up about 5 oclock Tuesday it’s only 430 Wednesday, almost 24 hours and I’ve picked up about 60 to 75 rusty old roofing nails
Hire anyone else. Slobby work. No help with service at all.
