Since they sent me a text asking me to leave a review I thought I would. I had no intention of doing so until they texted me. I went in just to have a watch strap on a high-end watch swapped out. Every place I’ve ever gone to for the same thing never charged anything….not a single jeweler ever charged me. I was charged $27.06 for what took 5 minutes. Great store. Friendly staff. However, I do have one concern. I find it impossible to avoid buying something every time I walk in the door. I suspect that is a common issue.
