I have never personally shopped here but I went with my friend and as we entered the store there was an older gentleman working and he was shouting at someone in the back area of the store. He approached us & acted as if nothing happened. My friend brought her watch to have the battery replaced and he broke the crystal. He said he would have to send it to his watch expert in San Antonio. It took nearly 3 weeks for her to get her watch back. I would not recommend watch repairs here. The jewelry looked pretty.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience here with my father-in-law. We brought in his late wife’s jewelry, all gathered together, and were given an offer that we accepted at the time. However, shortly afterward, we learned that the amount was extremely low compared to what it should have been. If I could give this place a zero I would. When my friend and I entered the store the young ladies were very nice but the owner was shouting at someone in the back area of the store. What can I say…. Their selection of fine jewelry is only surpassed by their friendly and professional customer service. From the time I enter the store until the time I leave, I feel like I’m shopping with a best friend. Update… after seeing the way the owner treats his staff and seeing it’s all about the almighty dollar I for one will never purchase anything in here!
