I recently changed all four tires, had the wheels balanced, and requested an alignment. Overall, the service was very good, the staff was polite, and I was really happy with the customer service. However, I left disappointed with one situation that I don’t think is acceptable anywhere: being told one price beforehand and then being charged a different price at the end. Great service and fast
Extremely unprofessional experience. Wesley gave me a price estimate before the work was done, but when it came time to pay, the total was double what I had been quoted. When I calmly raised the issue with the owner, Aquiles, he showed no interest in understanding what had happened he simply insisted on the higher price, turned his back, and walked away.
