Without a doubt, Dr. Boroughs has been my best general physician since I recall. The team and staff over at Brookstone are helpful, courteous, and ensure you are handled like a "rock star". Highly recommended by many of my friends who I have sent her way....
She is very nice.she tries her best to help you.she listens to me .it might take a little while.but that's every doctors office these days.she take her time with you and is very understanding. Tries to do what she can to help you.i think shes a great doctor
I had to give 1 star because 0 was not an option. Don't bother wasting your time. I called and left 2 messages to make an appointment and they couldn't be bothered to return the call. Horrible customer service!
After waiting for 2 hours she was condescending and I actually saw her roll her eyes during the concersation. Seemed really annoyed when long wait was mentioned and then she lied. Saw her on the computer not with other patients as claimed.....AND we were the only ones in office for 1st hour! Then office never called with test results as said...finally had to call and ask. Time to try to find a doctor who wants to care for people !
I left medication behind on a trip. Dr. Boroughs sent a prescription to my location and personally called to check on me. Wonderful practice, very happy with Dr., Jan and Jim.
