Very frustrating experience with Boroughbury again today. I started phoning for an appointment at 8am, the line was busy. At 8.02, I got through to the automated service that put me in a queue. My queue number was 164!! I got a phone call back at 8.50, only to be told they had no appointments left for the day and to try again at 8am the next day... What's the point in trying?
The worst surgery I’ve ever registered with. Never any appointments when you call at 8am. Left waiting on phone for up to 2hours only to be told no appointments. On the odd occasion that you do get an appointment, there are no parking spaces. And don’t bother asking staff for help, as most of them are very rude and unhelpful.
Outstanding Efficiency and Service! I was very impressed with how quickly the medical team was able to process and correct my Fit Notes. Facing a complicated administrative issue (needing two notes with very specific, consecutive dates), I was relieved that the center was so professional and attentive to detail. I received the corrected documents immediately, allowing me to resolve my work situation. Highly recommend this service!
