I telephoned to book an appointment for my 9 year old child. I waited over 40 minutes to get through to then be told there were no appointments left. I explained it had taken me a long time to get through, to which the receptionist replied very rudely that many patients have been trying to do the same as me. The tone she took was not acceptable. The nurses and drs are always polite and happy. The reception staff i find to always be helpful.
Very a happy and easy to talk to made me feel safe and we had a laugh to thank yoy
Have been finding it so difficult to get an appointment. However, after finally managing to get one with the pharmacist at Boroughbury, I would just like to compliment Faariya Khalid for listening to me and actually doing all that can be done to investigate my issues. I feel I'm actually starting to get somewhere after a lot of frustration. She listens, is empathetic and demonstrates kindness and gentleness in her ways.
