dropped in for a tyre repair. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes to have a look at as it was busy and that I'd receive a call once they had a chance to look. A couple of hours later I got a text to say that the car was ready to pick up. Great that it was fast but also a bit disappointing that I wasn't told upfront how much it would cost or given the opportunity to say no to the repair.
