Would like to compliment the borough rd practice. I was seen today by Nicki Palmer Advanced Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed my problem, offered insight into my condition and prescribed me medication that will hopefully sort it out. I would also like to acknowledge Michelle on reception who was very friendly and helpful
very quick response over a small misunderstanding, directly and calmly addressed from Manager Lisa 👍 Clarified over the same old issues with NHS systems and appointment bookings (legacy systems and tech infrastructure which are not under their scope/power) but these group do care about feedback as well as the patients they serve.
What kind of doctors closes on weekends I'm at work all week and you close on the weekend how exatcly am I supposed to be seen?
First of all reception staff are patient and very helpful! They’ve always been able to help me with my queries and appointments. Upon visiting the surgery they will always explain more than needed when dealing with difficult patients but are preforming a wondering service. Have been with this surgery for over 6+ years! Thank you :)
Take there time to answer the phone, Rude receptionist and judge people to quick when they’ve heard your business and also another update on this surgery, I waited half hr to 1 hr to be seen to but yet every other person got seen to as I see it if your British you have to wait, yet others get seen to straight away so I’m a absolutely disgusted in this doctors surgery
