Took my mum in for eye cataract surgery. Happy with staff except NURSE RUTH. In my experience I found she was more focused on saying what she needs to say to get rid of you and finish. No smile, not focused on customers concerns. Speeds through explanation's. Not afraid to Argue her point. If you have a question will Argue it's not in keeping with her specific order of questioning.
