Called in to book a telehealth appointment as a new patient, they said they aren’t taking new patients - fair enough, what I didn’t like was the rudeness that was displayed over the phone by the WORKER NAMED AMBER, she didn’t give me any information and then rudely hung up while I was in the middle of asking a question politely. I’ve had several really great experiences at this clinic. Dr Ling Zhang is incredibly attentive, never makes you feel rushed, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which makes appointments feel reassuring and unhurried. I’ve also seen Dr Eric, who is consistently efficient, always on time, and very professional. On top of that, the receptionists are always lovely, welcoming, and helpful. It’s such a well-run practice and I always feel well cared for here.

We have been living in Boronia Heights for the past 13 years and have always visited your medical centre.On 14th January around 3:00 PM, my wife visited the clinic with our three children, including an infant. The receptionist behaved very rudely and asked her to sit outside in the hot weather with the children.
