Had Telehealth appointment over a hour after time I rang and she was running behind i get a call 35 mins after that and I couldn't take call so ring back and was told the Dr will ring u back shortly after I rang another 3 times to say what is she doing and told she will ring u back. I never got the phone call and being Easter was very important that I got a script . Very poor effort on their behalf
I cannot recommend Boronia Mall Clinic and Dr. Amsatheva Kishantha highly enough. He has been taking care of my entire family for over three years now, and his level of care is truly unmatched. Even after moving 50 minutes away from Boronia and trying more than five different local GPs, I realized no one provides the same level of service as Dr. Amsa. Amy is a horrible receptionist - hung up on me while I was talking, provided me with incorrect information, and extremely rude. I would not recommend.
Made a phone consultation appointment for 4pm online. Only received call 5.30pm. Missed the call as not available after 5pm. That's the reason for make appointment at 4pm. Called the clinic, booked another phone consultation appointment with the receptionist. Been told it will be okay for 4pm appointment although normally doctor only do telephone consultation 5-6pm. 4.50pm still no call from doctor. I had to wait for 1.5hr for my appointment. I finished work early to be on time. And it was just a waste of time. Male receptionist said atleast you don't have to pay !!! What does it mean...our time has no value. Staff should learn to behave. Though Dr Parghi is good.
