My tooth broke off this morning while biting into a piece of toast. I am neurodivergent and immediately melted down, and the dental staff were amazing over the phone, organising for me to come in IMMEDIATELY. The staff were kind, compassionate, and understanding, and I went from No Tooth to Tooth within 90 minutes. A lovely way to handle a traumatic experience.
Truly the best dentist!! Dr Balfoort and the beautiful receptionist/dental nurse were so kind and gentle with me as I was absolutely petrified to get my wisdom tooth out. The whole process was over in less than 20 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. Really felt like I was in safe hands. Thank you, I’ll be back :)
Good bedside manner and efficient clean
Honestly the most caring kindest, understanding ,Dentists! I have a MAJOR fear of dentists, and I am so looked after here. I'm never rushed, and any time I've had to have needles, ( another fear), my dentist , Dr. Balfoort, takes it slowly and gently to help me. The experience and care is ALWAYS above and beyond, and they make me feel like part of the family. Highly recommend... I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you!
Have had two amazing experiences with Dr Adrian. He has helped my anxious child get through appointments with ease. Highly recommend!
