They delivered my mother's day flowers 2 days late and the flowers were practically dead. The petals were falling off and dried out brown edges. They also forgot my balloon, bear, and chocolates that were supposed to be included and said they would bring those items the next day and they didn't. The woman who delivered the flowers also pretty much insulted our front yard saying it looked like no one lived there.
