The staff there was helpful and knowledgeable, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The overall experience was positive, the only reason for four stars instead of five is that the process took a bit longer than expected. Still, quality products and solid service. I walked in, and within 10 minutes I had picked out the perfect floor — the selection was great, and the price (including installation) was very reasonable. The next day, I got a call from the field guy saying he was ready to come take measurements right away. Super fast, smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
