Boro Park OBGYN is a poorly run, understaffed and overbooked company. I know medical costs are high and they need to cut expenses, but it is to the detriment of their patient's health. I have now had 4 appointments with Boro Park, 2 of which were not kept due to their office staff scheduling errors(when I called to find out about the error, the office staff was extremely rude, and offered no apology or resolution for my care). Doctor cancelled appointment. No reschedule and was completely unprofessional. I wasn't coming in for a standard pap. I had an actual medical issue and it was cancelled by text at the end of the day before the appointment after waiting a month for the appointment. Booked transportation and everything just to be cancelled.
Love this obgyn. The nurses are so amazing ZOEY IS THE BEST NURSE. If you’re afraid of needles she is the most gentle nurse ever you won’t feel a thing. They are amazing mans make you feel very safe and heard as a women. Would recommend them 1000x
