I really wanted to like them - great doctor, awful admin. I'm being fined according to paperwork that isn't even correct.
The sonogram technician named k.sobirova was rude and unprofessional she replied for our simple questions “I don’t care”, horrible attitude. We had a conflict during the appointment. It was a worst experience ever. Right afterward, my wife developed a severe headache, and it's now the second day with no relief. She's four months pregnant, and we’re not sure what to do. I really hope to supervisors and doctors to read this message. This was on Nov.18 at 3:30 pm New Kirk location
