This place seems to be selective of patients they want to attend. I assisted a neighbor with a referral that doesn’t speak English and they did not treat her well. Told her that her medical coverage was not legit. However when I made the appointment over the phone they accepted the medical plan. She felt like they discriminated against her because she did not speak English. What a shame!!
Did some tests with them in June and had no issues with my provider that day. was supposed to get the results online in early July, followed all the instructions to set up my online account but they never uploaded the results like promised and also were super unresponsive over the phone after I left voicemail on 3 separate occasions. I even took the time to visit on 2 separate Fridays within the stated opening hours but both times they were mysteriously closed with no signs stating why and I finally called to another locatio... read more
I had such a great experience with Lindsay Carleton. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel at ease. She was kind, attentive, and took her time listening to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed.
