I am more than happy with the bathroom Boro have provided and fitted, Heidi and her team were very helpful in designing and making suggestions throughout the process, things I would not have even considered. My favourite part was seeing the bathroom in the VR headset and being able to walk around my finished bathroom at the design stage. Ste the fitter was also fantastic and his attention to detail. I could not recommend Boro bathrooms enough.
Spent the best part of an hour with someone, talking them through the plans we had brought in and what we wanted. Best part of a month later, we had heard nothing so contact them by email and phone to find out what was going on. Promised someone would get back to us. 3 weeks after that, still waiting....
We purchased our new shower room from the Bury branch. The planning and installation was excellent throughout.
