Really lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Very well equipped gym with everything we needed. We dropped in on a windy day when we were passing through on the coast path. £10 for a drop in was very reasonable. Lovely hot showers aswell! The cafe also looked amazing.
Amazing gym, Nick is such a great help, definitely recommend!
Nick was really great at explaining how to use the machines in the gym and I’m excited to follow the workout plan
Really nice people. Not as scary as you might think. Way better than the gym group, or pure gym.
