We had a priming issue on our brand new Austrack. Lorenzo identified a problem with the pump and swapped it over quickly so that we could be on our way! Thank you very much!
I can honestly say ive never had an easier experience when purchasing a product than I did when buying our born to roam diesel heater through Vince who then had Lorenzo contact me about installation which was SO competitively priced if I hadve been closer would definitely had them do the installation, instead Lorenzo was move than prepared to walk us through all the steps for installation. Had Born To Roam come and install an AU Focus 2kW MZ. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. I had an old Chinese heater replaced. This one is so much better and much quieter. I feel much safer in my campervan with this heater.
Purchased a 2kw MZ model. I initially had issues with a faulty pump. Lorenzo was super helpful in answering my concerns. Ended up having a replacement pump sent out in 2 days after continued issues. New pump was flawless so definitely an issue with the original pump. Customer service has been great through the whole process and worth the 5 stars even though I had initial problems with the unit. But that in my view is where companies stand out. Thank you.
Our new AU Focus 2KW MZ Bluetooth Diesel Heater Kit worked wonderfully during our multi month caravan trip. Thanks Vince for giving us a great deal when we purchased in May 2024. It was quiet and heated our 14ft caravan easily. The installation manual was perfect and helped me do a trouble free installation. We will certainly continue to use our heater on future trips and wondered how we ever managed without one.
