Hired Perry to build a small hutch in my tiny kitchen, he gave me an estimate to redo the rest of the kitchen as well. I was extremely nervous about cost, but was floored by how affordable it was!! I had seen some of his previous work and was thoroughly impressed. Had the cabinets made within the time he gave me, and kept in contact with me throughout the build. I hired Mr. Born to build my custom cabinets at the recommendation of my construction manager. Mr. Born drove to Houston in January to look at my house and provide an estimate. We received the estimate and contract mid January with an estimated build time of "figure six weeks probably happen in four" according to a text from Mr. Born. I received the contract on January 19th, signed it, and deposited $15,000 in Mr. Born's bank account for the required 50% down payment.
