Poor, as Poor as you can imagine. For a generator for a modular 3 bedroom home, this is what they propose. 1 26kw Generac Standby Generator, utilizing an automatic 200amp automatic transfer switch. If you think any house needs 26kw of electricity you are clearly not professionals. When you quote a homeowner for the installation of a generator for power outages you do not install commercial standby generators. Are you salesmen or electricians? These guys are EXCELLENT. My power went out and I called lots of companies, most said they could help tomorrow, Michelle at Born and Raised said she'd try to get someone today. She promptly called me back and said one of their guys was available right now. He came over, fixed the issue and we had a chat like a couple of friends. All around great service, great response. This is how a company succeeds and I'm glad I found them. If I need electrical help, this is the only company I'll use in Pahrump. THANKS SO MUCH..!!!
