Summary of my experiences: Jim, the owner, was very kind, professional, and took quite a bit of his time to speak to me on the phone concerning an issue I had with my swimming pool. It was resolved for a very reasonable cost. I'm grateful and truly appreciate him. Five stars! However, two of his business associates that have the same business address, although very helpful at first, were rude and insulting at the end, implying that I wasn't going to pay them, which had no basis since I've always paid them in a timely manner.... read more
