I just called this clinic to inquire about becoming a new patient for their endocrine services. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The person who answered the phone cut me off mid-sentence and abruptly said, “No, we don’t,” without allowing me to finish my question or offering any additional information or assistance. Just completed a Sofwave session (face/neck) at Born Again Doctor Medical Center. The procedure went well. The team was communicative. The doctor was clear and explained everything. I just had PDO threads and endolift done a few days ago by this amazing doctor and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Ashraf and his assistant Minako are truly top tier with their bedside manner, expertise and attention to detail. Dr. Ashraf has an exceptional eye for aesthetics and takes the time to explain every step. Minako is so warm, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. They both make you feel genuinely cared for. Had lipo done on March 30th and everything went smooth. Dr. Ashraf did an amazing job! He cleaned the area he performed liposuction several times throughout the procedure. Dr. Ashraf and Minako made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. They also made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare. They were so nice and I’ll definitely be going back again.
