Very disappointed with her unprofessionalism. I arrived 4 minutes late to a consultation appointment. She was not answering her phone and not in her salon. She eventually responded saying that I was late past the grace period (website says there is a 15 minute grace period). She told me she went for breakfast, then cancelled my appointment and charged me the full price of the appointment. My bank is disputing the charges.
