Overall I enjoyed my food and the service however I felt the manager was treating his employees during a stressful lunch hour with a decent amount of disrespect. I will say I received a discount on my food based on my previous purchases but it seemed every time I tried to interact with one of the employees the manager would become upset or rude with them about what they did after the fact. The AI generated art they use on socials reflects the effort they put into the food as well.
A Tiktok about how they use ice cubes made of coffee so their iced coffee doesn't get watered down is what brought me in but I left with lunch for my husband and I plus the amazing Brown Buter Salted Almond Toffee iced coffee. Bruce, the owner, was lovely to chat with. Our food was amazing, the coffee was A+++ and I will definitely be returning.
The authentic friendliness of the staff and consistency in their products keeps us coming back. Their rewards program is also very generous.
