So far, the worst service experience at a dealership ever. I have no idea if they even scheduled my car for warranty work. I may have to use a dealership in El Paso instead. Last car I'll ever buy from Borman.
On 5/9/23 I went to get the oil change for my 2022 Honda CR-V AWD for a 14,000 mile maintenance service. I was informed that the air filter and cabin filter did not need to be changed. However, when I got home, I checked and the attached photos show that they were not checked by the Borman Autoplex service staff. I was misled and now I will check if the oil filter was changed. Won't even drive truck purchased 5 months ago. Wrecked truck, body damage, 1 wheel totally different than others, bumper hanging, grill loose and headlight damaged. I put 10 miles on myself and trading it asap.
My experience at Bormans was great Braden Tidwell was a lot of help along with finance manager Martin. I am now a proud owner of a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. So if you are looking for help to purchase a vechicle go to Bormans and ask for these nice gentleman. Thank you both.
