I reached out to Joseph as part of my companies Legal plan: LegalEASE. Even though he was listed as providing consumer law services, he said he was unable to help me with a simple collection letter. I am assuming this is an issue with my LegalEASE plan not paying enough for simple services... I will reach out to LegalEASE and see what they say. Joe did a great job for me regarding a payment dispute with a contractor. At the outset, he provided keen advice on how to initially approach the subject with the contractor and was then there by my side as discussions progressed. Ultimately, Joe stepped in with a more formal intervention that quickly brought the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Joe is great to work with and is a consummate professional. I highly recommend him for any legal services you may require.
