I recently had an oil change done at my local Honda service center, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. The only minor downside was that the service took longer than expected, so I recommend scheduling your appointment in the morning and dropping off your car early. That way, you can pick it up by the end of the day without any rush. Overall, a great experience!

6/26/25 just incredibly disappointing still nothing Contacted about honda lease Same thing ( maybe they still dont know how to do leases )no one calls no follow up wanted to see if my experience with getting new hyundai was some sort of brand or customer bias,NOPE conveyed intrest in honda lease Same thing ,I documented my experience to hyundai and honda corp. Horrible Repeat customer treatment, Terrible,6/23/25 Nothing almost 30 days since this all started Reached out to CEO, R.L Of Casa,thru hyundai and honda Corp. Braden was very patient and helpful when I went to the dealership to buy a car. He listened to what I said I wanted and showed me what they had that would work for me! I found the perfect car for me and I couldn’t be happier. Sergio was very helpful and made sure I understood what I was getting and what it would cost. I appreciate both of these guys so much!
