Customer service was good. The manager was friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say much about the quality and speed of vehicle repairs. I was told it may take up to a few hours before making an appointment. Once arrived to appointment I was told up to 5 days for the repairs (minor repairs, pull off bumper, and replace any broken clips. Stay Away! Worst Customer Service Ever If you're looking for a fast, reliable, customer focused business this place is the furthest from it. I initiated repairs on my car with this body shop on April 29, 2024. Weeks went by with no updates. After requesting a refund on May 15, I was suddenly told the parts would arrive by May 21. They're very courteous and did a great job, my car looks good as new. They also communicated well.
