Was very impressed at our initial meeting, however I have left messages for her multiple times and have not heard back. When I called the office to ask about switching providers, I was told this was the norm for all of the providers in this office because they see clients back to back. As a therapist myself, I know how that is, but I also know that parent communication is vital. If a therapist is too bust to return a parent's phone call, they are seeing too many clients.
