I want to thank Dr. Patel. He is an amazing person. He has a great bedside manner. He’s very caring and he’s entire team is incredible. The procedure was super easy. You have no discomfort at all , no matter what you’re having done they give you very, very clear with details , information and make sure that you understand what’s going on at all times so and I thank them and I am glad that I was able to go to them for my treatments and I highly recommend Borland Groover and Dr. Patel !!
Dr. Patel was very kind and thorough. This was my first experience with a GI and was admittedly nervous. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I felt they really listened to my concerns and cared about helping me.
Dr. Westerveld is wonderful and so are his staff. I was greeted promptly and did not have any extended wait periods. He was very thorough with his questioning, understanding, and seemingly very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions, and took my symptoms very seriously. I was able to get a colonoscopy scheduled fairly quickly, and am confident that Dr. Westerveld will get me on an effective new care plan.
I wish there were more stars I could give them. Dr. Patel and the staff truly go the extra mile to help their patients. I was truly impressed
