My most sincere thanks to Terri for befriending me with a smile and kind, calming words of conversation prior to my procedure. Also thank you Sara, Jenny and Charles who knocked me out without throwing a punch. Shalom Shalom to Motherly Monica and the chivarous Chimene for wheeling me out in style. Lindsey you have an extraordinary team that is mature, warm and efficient. Thank you all for making my time with you all more like Club Med than a medical center. It was well worth the wait until you all opened.

My first colonoscopy with Dr. Emily Poland was a super fast process. I felt very safe in the hands of this wonderful team. The attention from the entire staff, from the front desk with Mardi Shannon, to all the beautiful and sweet nurses: Natalie RN, Jennifer RN, Nancy CRNA, and Chimene RN, was exceptional, kind, and always with a smile.
I wish I could give this practice all the stars, but because of the “office manager” Amber at the Durbin location and one of the front desk receptionists, I cannot. After receiving both a call and a portal message directly from my doctor, I returned the call. When I stated I was returning my doctor’s call, I was immediately pressed with, “What is this regarding?” I explained that this was between me and my doctor.
