I'm 41 years old and I've had Chron's for over 20 years so I've had many doctors and my interactions with Dr. Mark Fleisher from the office downtown was the worse experience I've ever had with any doctor, and quite honestly almost any professional person in any industry, in my entire life. As a whole BGC wasn't too bad to deal with other then they were not good about keeping an appointment. Almost every time I was seen by any of their branches I had to wait between 45-60 mi... Doc was fabulous; however, I am not so sure about the office help. I am still patiently waiting for that call to schedule those additional tests the doctor ordered...it's been 2 weeks too since my appointment too! I heard follow up is an issue BG--too bad because the doctor was awesome.
