Not happy. Gina was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be coming back to this office. I will drive to Ormond. Front desk behavior was horrible. I was not greeting but instead they sat there and talked personal stuff instead of work.

So as far as the procedure and doctor went the place was fine. The problems arose with their inability to handle their accounting properly and some very questionable practices regarding second opinions. So husbands test goes very well and is told won't need a recheck for 10 years. No mention of need to be sent for second opinion or anything even close to it. I would like to start by saying Dr Moulis was very caring, the office staff not. Had office visit Wed 05/08 for a procedure which was scheduled for Mon 05/13. I told the nurse that I did not have a ride and she gave me Votran's number, So I called Votran and they said I had to fill out a 6 page form and they would mail it to me. So I had to cancel the procedure. I got the Votran paperwork and hand delivered it completed to the Borland Groover Clinic on the 14th where a licensed professional had to complete a page. From the moment I walked in the doors I felt at ease. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and the smiles continued througout the visit. Everyone was courteous and professional. In my 54 years I have never been to such a pleasant office.

I've been going to this clinic for my Remicade Infusions for about 6 months now. I've always had a good experience. The RN's are very good, the surroundings are quite and very peaceful. They offer you a variety of drinks as well as snacks, you can sleep, listen to music, or watch a movie. They provide DVD Player w/DVDs, magazines, food, pillows and blankets.
